Mark Griffin obtained permits for the rehabilitation and construction of a new medical office complex on Green Street in Newburyport. The conversion changed the former Carlson Real Estate Offices into premium commercial space and greatly expanded the building's capacity for tenants. The project required approvals from the Zoning Board of Appeals, Planning Board and the Historical Commission. Mark Griffin also handled the leasing arrangements for the building's tenants.
