Mark Griffin and Bethany Raffa have provided advice and counsel to NAHC in helping achieve its goal of providing low cost housing to those in need. This representation has included structuring and closing the financing for the construction associated with two low cost housing projects and obtaining the municipal land use permits necessary for the projects.
