Mark Griffin is a partner in the firm and concentrates in the areas of Residential and Commercial Real Estate Conveyancing, Land Use Law, Municipal Board Representation, Civil Litigation; and Bankruptcy. He is also a title agent for First American Title Insurance Company in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is admitted to practice in all Massachusetts state courts as well as the First Circuit Court of Appeals and the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Before co-founding Janos & Griffin, P.C., Attorney Griffin was a partner in Griffin & Tucker, P.C. and he worked as an associate at two area law firms and had a solo private practice. He has served as a City Councilor for the City of Newburyport and he served on the City of Newburyport Zoning Board of Appeals.
